Now, we’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Multilingual eLearning Solutions business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales of customized multilingual eLearning and localization solutions.
  • Identify, engage, and convert decision-makers such as CLOs, CHROs, L&D Heads, and Compliance Officers.
  • Understand client pain points and offer consultative solutions that align with their digital learning goals.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, instructional designers, and pricing teams to deliver winning proposals.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closure — for enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM data, and pipeline forecasts.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in eLearning, EdTech, SaaS, or Language Services.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with a track record of selling solutions to large enterprises.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, SCORM/xAPI standards, and training workflows is a major plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
