The Role
As our Operations & Translator Proficiency Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end human-in-the-loop engine that powers 300+ hours of video per batch. You’ll audit current workflows, revamp our translator bootcamp, and ensure 75+ linguists hit quality, speed, and utilization targets—all while feeding product insights back to Engineering.
🔑 Your 90-Day Impact
- Process Audit & Scale Plan: Map/document Cadence workflows; propose scalable OKRs/KPIs; log feature requests.
- Bootcamp Revamp: Expand our training videos into a full-fidelity curriculum; launch live seminars; set QA baselines.
- Team Cadence & Ownership: Lead weekly ops syncs; track “proficient hours” vs. idle time; roll out SOPs and Notion standards.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Lead Translator Training & Proficiency (100% ownership)
- Build & Maintain SOPs, Process Maps, and Capacity Plans
- Drive QA Reviews and client-feedback loops
- Forecast, Schedule & Optimize translator resources
- Partner with Engineering to scope operational tooling enhancements

👤 Who You Are
- Experience: 3–5 years in service operations, localization, or training program management
- Hard Skills: Process mapping, SOP creation, KPI analytics, Notion (or equivalent)
- Soft Skills: Engaging trainer, cross-cultural communicator, high-energy “do-er” with positivity and grit
