Your New Role
We are seeking a highly organized and linguistically skilled Localization Project Manager to support our client’s expansion into new international markets. In this role, you will manage large-scale, multilingual data annotation and evaluation projects essential for improving voice recognition and natural language understanding technologies.
You’ll collaborate with engineers, data scientists, linguists, and vendors to ensure delivery of high-quality, culturally relevant data across multiple languages. Responsibilities include managing localization workflows, coordinating vendors, overseeing quality assurance, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3–5 years of experience in localization project management or linguistic data operations
- Proven ability to manage multilingual data/content projects across markets and time zones
- Strong knowledge of localization workflows, linguistic QA, and quality assurance standards
- Experience with data annotation, curation, and model evaluation, including vendor coordination
- Familiarity with tools such as annotation platforms, model evaluation frameworks, TMS, or CAT tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized and comfortable working in dynamic environments
- Basic understanding of machine learning workflows and linguistic data structures
- Experience with intent recognition systems and training datasets is a strong plus
- Familiarity with voice assistant platforms (e.g. Alexa, Google Assistant) or the music/entertainment domain
- Proficiency in additional languages beyond English is a bonus
