Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Riga, Latvia. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating translation and localization projects from inception to completion. Daily tasks involve project planning, resource allocation, task management, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The role requires frequent communication with clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and issues are promptly addressed.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Project Management with previous experience in project manager role in a translation company
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical skills and understanding of translation technologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in multiple languages – English, Latvian and Russian
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field is a plus
