Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Manager to oversee our operational infrastructure and drive continuous improvement across teams. This role plays a key part in aligning day-to-day operations with long-term business goals, ensuring project success, optimizing internal processes, and enhancing client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and a natural leader who thrives in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve daily operational workflows, ensuring seamless execution across teams
- Plan and oversee project delivery timelines, resource allocation, and team coordination
- Monitor project manager performance and provide ongoing feedback and development support
- Define, track, and report on key operational KPIs
- Identify process inefficiencies and lead optimization and automation initiatives
- Ensure full system integration and smooth functionality of ERP, CRM, and TMS platforms
- Maintain and enforce quality standards across all operational activities
- Establish mechanisms for collecting and acting on client feedback
- Contribute to financial forecasting and support executive-level strategic planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop scalable operational models
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in operations, project management, or process improvement
- Prior experience in the localization or language services industry is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in ERP, TMS, and CRM tools
- Professional-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Additional languages such as German, French, or Arabic are a plus
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and lead teams through transformation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels
Work Conditions
- Full-time position based in our Istanbul office
- Hybrid work options available depending on team structure and workflow
- Occasional travel may be required for off-site meetings or events
- Flexibility to respond to urgent situations outside regular hours if needed
