Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Translator-Korean located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, The Translator-Korean will be responsible for translating documents, communications, and technical materials between Korean and English languages. The role involves facilitating smooth communication between Korean and Indian teams, attending and interpreting meetings, and ensuring clarity and accuracy in written and verbal communication. The candidate will play a key role in supporting operations and enhancing collaboration across teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Korean and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Experience in translation, interpretation, and localization for technical or business content
- Attention to detail, proofreading, and ability to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance in translations
- Knowledge of the automobile industry and technical terminology in English and Korean is a plus
- Time management, interpersonal skills, and adaptability to work in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Korean language, Translation Studies, or related field; certifications in translation or interpretation are advantageous
- Prior experience in a similar role or within a multinational company is preferred
