🎯 The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and culturally aware Translator / Interpreter / Localization Specialist to support multilingual communication, localization projects, and cross-cultural content initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about languages, communication, and helping organizations effectively engage diverse audiences across different regions and cultures.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Translate written materials across multiple formats while maintaining accuracy and tone
- Provide interpretation support for meetings, discussions, and communication activities
- Adapt content for cultural relevance and localization requirements
- Review, edit, and proofread translated materials for quality and consistency
- Support multilingual projects across marketing, operations, training, and communications
- Maintain terminology databases, glossaries, and localization guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders on language-related initiatives
- Ensure consistency across translated and localized content assets
- Stay updated on language trends, localization standards, and communication practices
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, or related field preferred
- 1–4 years of experience in translation, interpretation, localization, or multilingual communication roles
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language
- Strong written, verbal, and cross-cultural communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and language accuracy
- Ability to adapt tone, style, and messaging for different audiences and regions
- Familiarity with translation tools, localization platforms, or content systems is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Passion for languages, communication, and cultural understanding
