About The Role
We’re looking for Spanish language experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Spanish-language content. Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates in Spanish — making a real impact on one of the world’s most widely spoken languages.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You’ll Do
- Review AI-generated Spanish translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness
- Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, tone inconsistencies, or cultural issues
- Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate Spanish
- Provide structured feedback on linguistic and cultural quality
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish
- Strong written communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale
- Attention to detail and consistency
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in translation, localization, or language editing
- Familiarity with AI or content evaluation workflows
- Awareness of regional Spanish dialects and usage differences
