Documentation & Localization Coordinator

Main Functions

This position is ideal for a student eager to join a passionate international team in a dynamic environment. You will collaborate with colleagues worldwide from diverse backgrounds, including sales, technical, and R&D teams.

Your mission:

  • Ensure high-quality translations and local adaptations, delivered accurately and on time,
  • While keeping the document library organized and up to date.

 Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate translation and updates of technical and marketing materials with local teams
  • Support the creation and adaptation of local content from global templates
  • Manage the SharePoint document library: organization, tagging, version control, and archiving
  • Maintain the photo library: tagging, freshness, and accessibility
  • Ensure consistency and integrity of the document collection across platforms
  • Make updated documents available to teams across relevant databases

Personal abilities

Required

  • Currently pursuing a degree in documentation management, communications, sales administration, languages, or a related field (starting Bac+2 or Bac+3)
  • Advanced English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign or Adobe Acrobat is a plus
  • Familiarity with SharePoint is a plus

An asset

  • Spanish is a big plus
