Position: Content Writer – Mandarin (Chinese)
Type: Contractor Assignment
Compensation: $15 per hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: At least 4 hours per day and minimum 20 hours per week with 4 hours overlap with PST
Duration: 3 Months

Role Responsibilities :
- Create and refine natural, high-quality queries in Mandarin/Chinese
- Write expected outputs in Mandarin/Chinese that reflect correct and fluent responses
- Translate key components into English to support internal validation workflows
- Collect and reference supporting sources to ensure queries are grounded and verifiable
- Follow structured guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across generated data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on outputs and improve data quality
- Design realistic, context-rich scenarios for training next-generation AI systems
- Generate high-quality multilingual datasets for AI model training and evaluation
Requirements
- Multilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin/Chinese with strong reading and writing comprehension
- Ability to follow structured guidelines and work within defined workflows
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Bachelor s degree or undergraduate studies in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or related fields preferred
- Experience creating datasets for LLMs including prompt writing, SFT, RLHF, eval benchmarks, red teaming, or QA preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment
