About the Role
This is a fully remote, voice-based interpretation role requiring real-time bilingual communication between Gujarati and English-speaking parties. Selected candidates will serve as the communication bridge on live calls, delivering accurate and professional interpretation throughout each interaction.
There are no sales targets and no incentive pressure — this role is entirely communication and skill driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate real-time interpretation between Gujarati and English-speaking parties on live calls
- Maintain clarity, neutrality, and professionalism throughout every interaction
- Manage multiple live calls with composure and consistency
- Uphold confidentiality and communication standards at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Native-level spoken proficiency in both Gujarati and English — this is a mandatory occupational requirement for the role
- Graduate from any stream or discipline — mandatory
- Minimum Class 12 pass considered for exceptionally strong communicators
- Excellent active listening and real-time verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret accurately without paraphrasing or omitting information
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in an international BPO, voice process, or international calling environment is strongly preferred
- Candidates with a background in interpretation, translation, or multilingual customer service will be prioritised

- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Work Mode: Fully Remote
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week
- Weekly Off: 2 Days
- Process Type: Pure Voice-Based | No Sales Targets
- Entry-Level Compensation: Up to ₹35,000 per month CTC
- Experienced Professional Compensation: Up to ₹45,000 per month CTC
