We are looking for an experienced Senior Project or Program Manager who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments? Do you enjoy leading strategic cross-functional initiatives, partnering with senior leaders, and building scalable ways of working that drive real business impact?
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a global, remote-first organisation and play a key role in driving strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) programmes across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement.
This is much more than project coordination—it’s an opportunity to shape how teams collaborate, build operational frameworks, improve processes, and help scale a world-class SaaS business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional GTM programmes from strategy through execution.
- Partner with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement.
- Build scalable programme management frameworks, processes, and operating models.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and measurable business outcomes.
- Manage translation and localisation workflows supporting global product launches.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and keep multiple strategic initiatives aligned.
- Deliver executive-level programme reporting and stakeholder communication.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
- Experience within SaaS or another fast-paced technology environment.
- Proven experience leading strategic cross-functional GTM programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience building programme governance, operational frameworks, dashboards, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement teams.
- Experience with Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar collaboration tools.
Highly Desirable
- Translation, localisation, or internationalisation experience.
- Experience supporting global product launches.
- Agile programme management experience.
- Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
