We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in Localization, Translation Technology, and Global Content Operations to lead strategic initiatives that support global growth.
You’ll own and optimise translation and localisation workflows while partnering with teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement (GTM), as well as Engineering, to deliver seamless multilingual customer experiences and scalable global operations.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead strategic, cross-functional programmes with measurable business impact.
✔ Own translation and localisation workflows, governance, prioritisation, and delivery.
✔ Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement teams to support Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, multilingual product launches, and global content delivery.
✔ Build scalable operational frameworks, improve workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
✔ Manage programme reporting, KPIs, risks, stakeholder communication, and executive updates.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 6-8+ years’ Project or Program Management experience.
✅ Experience in Localization, Translation Technology, Internationalization (i18n), or Global
Content Operations.
✅ Experience working within SaaS or another fast-paced technology environment.
✅ Experience leading strategic cross-functional programmes and partnering with Product,
Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, or GTM teams.
✅ Strong stakeholder management, operational excellence, and communication skills.
⭐ Highly desirable: Experience with Translation Management Systems (TMS) such as Smartling, Phrase, Lokalise, Crowdin, memoQ, XTM, SDL Trados, Transifex, or similar platforms.
