📢 WE ARE HIRING – MANDARIN TRANSLATOR

We are looking for a Mandarin Translator to join our team and support effective communication between Chinese-speaking management/employees and local employees.

📍 Location: Cileungsi, Bogor, Indonesia

💼 Position: Mandarin Translator

🏭 Industry: Manufacturing

🔹 Responsibilities

• Translate Mandarin ↔ Bahasa Indonesia for daily communication, meetings, and workplace activities.
• Assist Chinese management and employees in communicating effectively with local employees.
• Translate documents, instructions, reports, SOPs, and other work-related materials.
• Accompany and provide interpretation support during meetings, training, factory activities, and business discussions.
• Ensure accurate translation while maintaining the original meaning and context.
• Assist with communication between departments when required.
• Perform other translation and administrative tasks related to the position.

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin, Chinese Language, Translation, Management, or related fields.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
• HSK certification is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Mandarin Translator, Interpreter, or in a Chinese-managed manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with Chinese and Indonesian teams.
• Willing to work onsite in Cileungsi, Bogor.
• Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin skills are welcome to apply.
