itlocal, a language services and localization agency, is looking for a translator for a long-term collaboration. Fully remote.
About the projects:
The work is translating from English into Romanian across a range of topics: IT, software (UI and customer support), gaming, and general business. Depending on your interests, you can specialize in transcreation, technical, business, or creative translation for media and film.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has an excellent, idiomatic command of Romanian
Has a degree in languages / English or equivalent experience in translation
Produces accurate, natural, consistent translations adapted to local standards
Meets deadlines
Previous experience in translation and localization, plus basic knowledge of CAT tools, is an advantage.
If you also translate from English into Spanish, German, or French, even better. We have projects in these pairs too.
