Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Turkish to English Translator role located in Maltepe. The Translator will be responsible for accurately translating spoken and written communication between Turkish and English, assisting doctors and staff during patient consultations, and supporting administrative and medical documentation. The role requires excellent language skills, cultural awareness, and professionalism to ensure clear and effective communication with international patients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Translation, English Language, Linguistics, or a related field
- Native or fluent Turkish and fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong verbal and written translation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and accuracy in medical and administrative translations
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude
- Prior experience in medical or healthcare translation is a plus
