Andrej Zito
Hey, I’m Andrej! I started my localization career when I was 19 and learned pretty much everything on the job. I believe you can do the same – we learn best by rolling up our sleeves and doing the job. That’s why I started Localization Academy after 17 years in the industry.
I worked as a project/program manager for the biggest part of my career. I’m here to share my experience from both the client and vendor side, where I mostly led localization projects for Microsoft, Autodesk and Intel.
In my free time, I climb, dance, and play games. I’m not your typical stuffy-suit industry veteran — there will be lots of smiles and stories… and probably a little swearing!
Carlos García Gómez
Hey, I’m Carlos! I have 7+ years of experience working in the technology department of different language service providers such as Donnelley Language Solutions, SDL plc, and Vistatec. My role as a Software Localization Engineer put me in charge of technical-related duties on software, website, and e-learning projects with some of the largest brands and companies in the world.
When I’m not working, I love to stay active with sports, read, game, and watch movies and TV shows. But my true passion is traveling and learning about new cultures – and of course, spending time with my loved ones.
