Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Dallas, TX. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing account strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating project timelines, negotiating contracts, identifying up-sell opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
Qualifications
- Excellent client relationship management and strategic account management skills
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience in project coordination and timeline management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and act on up-sell opportunities
- Experience in the language services industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX
