As an AI Language Generalist, you will help improve the quality, accuracy, and cultural understanding of next-generation AI systems. You will work with your native language to evaluate, annotate, review, and create high-quality linguistic data that enables AI models to better understand and communicate with people.
Your responsibilities may include reviewing AI-generated responses, evaluating translations, labeling text, identifying grammatical or factual issues, writing prompts, ranking model outputs, and ensuring linguistic accuracy while preserving cultural context. You’ll collaborate with AI researchers and data teams to help train and fine-tune large language models (LLMs).
Responsibilities
Evaluate and review AI-generated responses for quality and accuracy.
Annotate and label text, audio, or conversational datasets.
Create, rewrite, and improve prompts in your native language.
Compare multiple AI responses and rank them based on relevance and correctness.
Identify grammar, spelling, fluency, and localization issues.
Ensure cultural appropriateness and natural language usage.
Follow detailed annotation guidelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Perform quality assurance on language datasets and annotations.
Requirements
Native or near-native proficiency in one of the supported languages (Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Marathi, or other regional languages).
Strong written communication skills and excellent grammar.
Good understanding of local culture, expressions, and regional nuances.
Ability to analyze language objectively and follow detailed instructions.
Basic computer and internet proficiency.
Prior experience in AI training, annotation, translation, localization, content review, or linguistics is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience with AI, NLP, localization, translation, or data annotation projects.
Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI tools.
