We’re looking for an Associate Program Manager to lead a team of Project Managers delivering localization services to some of our large clients. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a Language Service Provider while taking ownership of client success, project delivery, and team development. In the longer term you may have line management responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
•Oversee project delivery: ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and meets client quality standards
• Guide and support your team: mentor junior PMs, help with prioritization, and foster a collaborative environment
• Strengthen client relationships: manage client expectations, provide regular updates, and drive continuous improvement
• Monitor KPIs and costs: track project health, escalate issues with clear solutions, and flag risks early
• Evolve services: adapt processes to meet changing client needs and support long- term account growth

Location
You’ll be based at our central Edinburgh office during onboarding. Afterward, you can work hybrid — most of us are in-office around 3 days a week. All team members must live within a reasonable commute of Edinburgh.
