Wintage Digital is an audio post-production and localization company serving clients across India and international markets.
We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (Male/Female) to help us acquire new clients and build long-term business relationships.
Your Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads
• Connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, email and calls
• Introduce Wintage Digital’s services
• Schedule meetings with prospects
• Follow up with leads
• Negotiate within approved pricing guidelines
• Close new projects
• Build long-term client relationships

Requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Kannada & English (Hindi is an added advantage)
• Confident in speaking with business clients
• Experience in Business Development or B2B Sales is preferred
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
Compensation
• ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month (Fixed Salary)
• Attractive commission on every successful project closed
• Performance-based incentives
This is a 1–2 month project-based opportunity focused on client acquisition. Candidates who deliver strong results and help secure long-term projects may be considered for an extended contract or a long-term role with Wintage Digital.
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships and closing B2B deals. Experience in media, advertising, localization, IT services, SaaS, or creative services sales is an added advantage.
