About the Role:
We’re partnering with a Fortune 10 healthcare leader to bring on a detail-oriented Bilingual (English/Spanish) Business Analyst. You’ll be managing the translation and review of key documents—think benefit materials, regulatory notices, and member communications.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage translation projects from start to finish, including price quotes and vendor coordination
- Support multiple internal teams by ensuring accurate and timely delivery of Spanish-translated materials
- Perform quality checks and side-by-side reviews of documents and audio content
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to maintain service quality and delivery timelines
- Track and document progress across several concurrent projects
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail and experience managing multiple projects
- 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, translation, communications, or business analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- An Associate’s degree (or higher)
Nice to Have:
- Background in healthcare, Medicare, or insurance communications
- Familiarity with translation or localization workflows
