Client Partnership Manager

U.S. Translation Company is seeking a Client Partnership Manager to help strengthen client relationships, support business growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building client relationships, solving problems, improving processes, and contributing directly to company growth. This is not an executive management position.

We are looking for a professional who is relationship-driven, organized, accountable, and motivated to help clients succeed. The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with people, collaborating across teams, and finding practical solutions that create value for both clients and the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Support client onboarding, account management, and ongoing client success initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and support account growth.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing client relationships and contribute to revenue growth through additional services and solutions.
  • Re-engage dormant accounts and help strengthen existing client relationships.
  • Proactively follow up on client needs, concerns, and opportunities.
  • Help improve internal processes and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and activities within HubSpot and other CRM systems.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in client management, customer success, account management, relationship management, business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a hands-on, proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required based on relevant experience.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
