Content Adaptation Manager – Portuguese/Italian/German/Spanish Speaking

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Content Adaptation Manager to join a dynamic team focused on elevating customer experience through integrated, insight-driven content and engagement strategies. You will play a key role in managing the creative adaptation of centrally developed content for various markets, ensuring high-quality, compliant deliverables tailored to local needs.
In this role, you will act as a liaison between the content strategy, engagement, and production teams—translating brand engagement plans into localized content assets. You’ll oversee briefing, adaptation, and tracking processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory and quality standards while meeting project timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the Engagement & Activation team and external agencies to adapt and localize centrally developed content across various channels.
- Brief the Content Production team, manage asset reviews, and coordinate feedback rounds with key stakeholders.
- Ensure content localization complies with local label and regulatory requirements for market readiness.
- Oversee content tracking, forecasting, and prioritization to support timely execution.
- Align engagement plans and localization workflows between activation teams and content production hubs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in Portuguese/Italian/German/Spanish
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workflows simultaneously
- Experience in content adaptation—from either an agency or client-side environment
- Solid understanding of content quality and brand standards
- Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) approval tools
DESIRABLE
- Knowledge of HCP marketing regulations
- Proven ability to communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and drive agency outputs
- Experience working in a matrix environment with cross-functional and international stakeholders
