Love TV Channels is a Barcelona-based startup creating and operating FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV) channels across Europe and the Americas.
We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Content & Localization Specialist with a few years of experience in content management and/or localization. Native-level French is ideally required. The role is part of our dynamic Content Team and can be based in Barcelona or Madrid.
Key Responsibilities
Localization & Dubbing Project Management
- Manage the end-to-end dubbing project across several languages, ensuring timely delivery for channel launches.
- Coordinate the day-to-day relationship with the external AI-assisted dubbing studio.
- Prepare and share materials, coordinate internal linguistic checks and consolidate feedback.
- Perform technical quality checks and follow up on corrections.
- Track timelines, deliveries and dependencies, while continuously improving the overall workflow.
Content Management
- Support the Content Licensing team with the management and continuous improvement of the content database.
- Keep content information and rights data up to date following new agreements.
- Improve metadata, tags and overall content organization.
- Support Content Selection by screening programs and identifying the strongest titles for acquisition/programming.
French Editorial Management
- Participate to the AI production of a monthly French TV Show recommending the latest streaming releases. (Contribute to editorial selection and identify the most relevant new releases, review scripts in French and quality-check final versions)
- Write French copy for promotional banners, synopsis, and programs titles
- Perform Quality check of all programs dubbed to French
- Support other editorial/production projects as they develop
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in content, media, TV/streaming, localization, production or a similar environment.
- Good level of English and native-level French. Spanish is a plus.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects, deadlines and stakeholders.
- Experience working with external suppliers or production partners is a plus, particularly in dubbing, localization or audiovisual production.
- Comfortable using databases and spreadsheets (particularly Excel), with an understanding of content metadata, nomenclature and data management.
- Good editorial judgment and attention to detail, especially when reviewing scripts, titles and final content.
- Good communication skills and an ability to work with both creative and operational teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment and taking responsibility for projects.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with an interest in improving processes and finding practical solutions.
- Passion for digital content, streaming/FAST, TV or entertainment.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted localization or dubbing workflows is a plus, but not essential.
