🔍 About the Role:
As a Content Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role within our Marketing team by ensuring all marketing content, communications, translations, and published materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with our brand standards. You will review, proofread, and analyze content for quality, clarity, and effectiveness before publication on our app, website, advertising channels, and other public-facing platforms. Additionally, you’ll support content creation, contributing to copywriting and editing as required.
🛠 Responsibilities:
Content Quality Assurance (QA) & Review:
- Perform thorough reviews and proofreading of all marketing content, ads, messaging, and other public communications across platforms (mobile app, website, advertising campaigns, emails, blogs, social media, etc.) before publishing.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in messaging, branding, grammar, tone, and style guidelines.
- Verify translations and content localization accuracy across various regions and languages, ensuring cultural appropriateness and effectiveness.
- Identify, document, and report content errors or issues clearly, collaborating closely with internal and external teams to rectify them quickly.
Content Support & Writing:
- Collaborate closely with the content creation team to develop, revise, or enhance marketing materials, ensuring alignment with company messaging and quality standards.
- Assist in writing and editing marketing copy, ad text, website/app descriptions, and email communications as needed.
- Provide recommendations to improve overall content quality and user engagement based on performance data, user feedback, and content effectiveness.
Monitoring & Analysis:
- Regularly audit and review published content to maintain high standards and compliance with brand voice and guidelines.
- Monitor content performance, user engagement, and feedback to suggest actionable improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Development teams to ensure accurate and timely content release.
- Act as the primary content gatekeeper, upholding the highest quality standards and consistency in all customer-facing communications.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in content QA, proofreading, editing, or similar roles within marketing, publishing, digital content, or related fields.
- Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (additional languages advantageous).
- Familiarity with marketing and branding principles, including digital marketing and localization practices.
- Experience working within content management systems (CMS), and project management platforms.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
🎯 Bonus Points:
- Knowledge or experience in mobile app marketing or telecom/eSIM industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Understanding of UX writing or accessibility standards
