Creative Strategist

Role Overview:

As a Creative Specialist, you’ll leverage AI tools to produce compelling static and video ad assets in multiple languages. You’ll collaborate closely with the media buyer to bring concepts to life, and use Excel to track performance data and optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI-Driven Creative Production: Use AI platforms (e.g., generative image and video tools) to design static banners, social media posts, and short-form videos in various languages.
  • Multilingual Adaptation: Ensure translations and localizations are culturally relevant and maintain brand tone across different markets.
  • Excel Management: Build and maintain spreadsheets to track ad assets, performance metrics, and production timelines.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience creating static and/or video ads, preferably using AI tools.
  • Comfort working with machine-assisted translation or localization platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, data organization).
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and languages simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with popular AI creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut, Synthesia).
  • Basic video editing skills (e.g., trimming, adding captions, simple transitions).
  • Prior experience in digital marketing or social media advertising.
