Customer Support Specialist (with Thai language)

We are EastTechConnect Agency, and for over 6 years, we have been working on projects in the field of digital marketing and product localization in Asian markets.

We are looking for a talented and motivated Customer Support Operator with excellent Thai skills to work in the dynamic and fast-growing digital industry in our office in Nha Trang, Vietnam.

Qualifications & experience:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Excellent communication skills and a high literacy rate
  • Native proficiency in Thai is required
  • English language skills at a minimum of B1 level (Intermediate) or above
  • Experience working in the Customer Support field will be a plus

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Resolve product or service-related problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, selecting and explaining the best solution
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer issues are addressed effectively
