As a Design and Communications Specialist,

Job Description

Developing and maintaining our brand’s visual identity across all channels,

ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

• Creating captivating and impactful design assets for digital and print materials,

including social media graphics, presentations, marketing collateral, and more.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to create content aligned with marketing objectives

through creative designs that drive engagement and conversions.

• Support market research and stay up to date on industry trends to improve design

decisions.

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to delivery, while meeting

deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

• Support the production team with the execution of DTP (Desktop publishing)

projects.

• Contributing to the development of communication strategies that effectively

communicate our brand story, values, and offerings to our audience.

• Analyzing performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve design

solutions for optimal impact and engagement.

• Adjust Word documents, including footers, headers, charts, and text, to ensure

alignment, organization, and editorial consistency.

• Create copy for internal news updates and captions for social media posts to

support brand messaging and engagement

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in graphic design and creation of content or pieces in

various formats that meet strategic objectives and impact the target audience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or Industrial

Design.

• Proven experience in editorial design and workflows in content creation.

• Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Excellent attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written English skills.

• Participant in a team environment as well as ability to work independently.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, work under deadlines, and juggle multiple

tasks/assignment
