Reporting to the Quality, Risk & Compliance Team Coordinator, the eLearning specialist will be a key player in charge of designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, operationally focused training programs. The ideal candidate is used to collaborating with internal stakeholders and creating impactful online training courses. ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with internal key stakeholders to gather training requirements.
- Design and create engaging, intuitive, and impactful online training materials to be deployed across our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Manage LMS content uploads, learner access, and performance tracking.
- Create support materials including user guides, how-to videos, and assessments.
- Monitor and analyse learner engagement and effectiveness metrics to improve course design and user experience.
- Build learning paths and onboarding programs for different roles within the localization lifecycle.
- Work closely with the L&D, P&C, and Localization Technology teams to align learning with business goals and tools.
- Ensure all courses meet technical specifications and comply with accessibility standards.
- Drive continual improvement in terms of new training content and new methods of training delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in eLearning development, instructional design, or digital training, preferably in the translation/localization sector.
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and One drive tools).
