Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI-generated English-language content for accuracy, clarity, reasoning quality, and linguistic consistency
- Identify errors related to grammar, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, discourse structure, tone, and conceptual understanding
- Provide precise, actionable feedback and create high-quality explanations, prompts, and model revisions demonstrating correct language usage
- Compare and rank AI-generated responses based on correctness, fluency, contextual relevance, and reasoning quality
- Apply style guides and maintain consistency in terminology, punctuation, capitalization, tone, and formatting across content types
- Fact-check information and ensure outputs remain natural, accurate, and contextually appropriate
- Support AI model improvement by evaluating outputs, documenting findings, and maintaining high linguistic quality standards
- Collaborate within structured remote workflows while using AI tools and review systems to maintain productivity and consistency
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor s degree or higher in Linguistics, English, Translation/Localization, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Expert-level English proficiency (C2 or native-level preferred) with strong command of grammar, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, discourse analysis, and stylistic editing across multiple registers
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify meaning drift, ambiguity, inconsistencies, and subtle language errors while clearly explaining corrections
- Experience applying style guides and maintaining consistency in tone, terminology, formatting, punctuation, and editorial standards across varied content types
- Reliable and self-directed work style with the ability to consistently deliver high-quality output in remote contractor environments across time zones
- Previous experience in AI data training, annotation, editorial QA, localization QA, professional copyediting, or language evaluation strongly preferred
- Strong familiarity with AI and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and similar systems used in AI-assisted workflows
