What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver high-quality verbal and written language support across customer service, translation, and localization tasks.
- Ensure accuracy, cultural relevance, and consistency in all communications and content across platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet performance targets, support training needs, and maintain service quality during night shift operations.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English – both written and spoken
- Prior BPO or customer service experience is a strong advantage
- Ability to work a night shift schedule
