English Spanish Translator

Do you have proven experience translating corporate communications into Spanish?

Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with a financial institution that specializes in banking and loans to hire a Spanish Marketing Translator.

This ~12 month contract is remote; however you must work EST hours. The pay is $40-$45/hr for junior candidates and $50-$55/hr based on experience. There is no conversion or extension.

Job Title: Marketing Spanish Translator

Location: Remote (Must reside in 48 contiguous U.S. states or Alabama)

Contract Type: Full-time Contract (40 hours/week)

Contract Duration: Mid-2025 through April 21, 2026

Assessments: 2 required

Interviews: 2 virtual interviews

Overview:

We are seeking a native Spanish-speaking translator with strong marketing and linguistic skills to support translation needs across digital and marketing channels. This role focuses on translating content for a U.S.-based Spanish-speaking audience, including emails, push notifications, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate and localize email, push, and marketing content from English to Spanish
  • Ensure content accuracy, brand voice consistency, and cultural relevance
  • Edit and proofread translated content, ensuring high-quality syntax and clarity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and pivot quickly based on project needs
  • Utilize CAT tools and translation memory to support consistency and efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Native Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Professional translation experience
  • Background in marketing or financial translation is a strong plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences
  • ATA certification, degree in translation/localization, or machine translation certificate preferred
  • Familiarity with CAT tools and machine translation platforms
  • Experience in editing and proofreading translated materials
  • Additional language skills (French or Portuguese) are a bonus
