We are seeking a freelance SDR/salesperson to help generate qualified leads through targeted outbound prospecting.

Role Overview:
You will work closely with the founders to help define the best targeting, messaging, and outreach strategies.
You will be responsible for researching prospects, executing targeted outreach campaigns, and booking demos with qualified leads.
You will have the freedom to apply your ideas and experience while being supported by the founders.
If successful, this role will potentially lead to a permanent role within the company.
Responsibilities:
– Research and build targeted prospect lists.
– Execute outbound email campaigns.
– Manage and track outreach status.
– Follow up with prospects who express interest.
– Provide weekly activity reports.
– Collaborate with the Founders to continually refine strategies, budgets, and messaging in response to feedback.
Requirements:
– Experience with outbound prospecting.
– Strong written and spoken English skills, other languages are a bonus.
– Organized and self-driven; capable of managing leads and follow-ups independently.
– Previous experience prospecting for B2B SaaS or translation/localization companies is a plus.
Working Hours: Flexible, initially part-time (approximately 10–20 hours per week).
Location: US East Coast or Western European time zones (Remote).
Compensation: A fixed monthly fee depending on experience, plus a bonus for meeting demo targets and commission for sales.
