Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a French-to-Tigrinya Translator, located in Cairo. The Translator will be responsible for translating and localizing content from French to Tigrinya, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy. Daily tasks include managing translation projects, collaborating with localization teams, and utilizing translation tools and software to maintain consistency and quality.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and Tigrinya
- Experience in translation and localization projects
- Familiarity with translation tools and localization software
- Strong attention to detail and cultural awareness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in software or game localization is beneficial
