Job Responsibilities
- Complete daily game operations, including activity configuration, announcement releases, and version testing
- Collect and handle players’ feedback and complaints, summarizing and reporting key issues to the game operation team
- Support user engagement efforts, conducting community maintenance and user research
- Provide support for the localization, translation, and review of the game language pack
Job Requirements
- Passion for gaming and interacting with users, with strong communication skills and a responsible attitude
- Proficiency in either English or Chinese is required as a working language, depending on the role’s communication needs. Additional language proficiency is advantageous for engaging with a diverse player community
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree; prior experience in game operations is preferred
- Strong analytical skills, ability to generate reports, and work collaboratively in a team
