Role Overview
Junior Content Moderator (Support) is a foundational role in resolving and maintaining the quality, safety, and effectiveness of MSN content operations. By combining content validation, compliance enforcement, real-time monitoring, and collaboration, the role ensures that all published content meets the highest standards of editorial integrity and user trust. Additionally, the role is supported by AI-driven moderation, contributing to long-term scalability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and moderate editorial content across MSN and Bing platforms to ensure accuracy, quality, policy compliance, and brand safety prior to and after publication.
- Perform postpublish quality assurance audits to identify highvisibility errors in headlines, imagery, localization, quizzes, and social content, and initiate corrective actions.
- Enforce strict content appropriateness, safety, and compliance guidelines, including handling sensitive, geopolitical, or highrisk content to mitigate PR and legal risks.
- Execute urgent content takedowns and incident responses under timecritical conditions, collaborating closely with shift leads and stakeholders.
- Moderate social channel content and user interactions by identifying inappropriate commentary, duplicate postings, and outdated content.
- Validate localized and multilingual content for linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and market suitability across global regions.
- Monitor breaking news and trending topics to support timely, accurate, and policycompliant content coverage in a 24/7 shiftbased environment.
- Utilize AIassisted moderation and qualityscoring tools while applying human judgment to finalize content decisions and provide feedback for automation improvement.
- Perform root cause analysis for rejected tickets
