We’re looking for a Junior CRM Content Manager to join our team and help us create engaging, high-quality marketing campaigns that connect with our patients. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for content and design, ready to expand their CRM marketing knowledge in a fast-moving environment.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Content Creation & Coordination – Create and adapt CRM content (emails, SMS/WhatsApp copy, push notifications, etc.), ensuring messaging aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Translation & Localization Management – Oversee the translation process for CRM communications, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and culturally relevant messaging across different markets.
- Design Collaboration & Support – Work with designers to ensure visual assets complement messaging and improve customer engagement.
- Campaign Setup & Execution – Assist in the deployment of CRM campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app messaging) by preparing, scheduling, and ensuring smooth execution within CRM tools.
- Customer Journey & Automation Support – Help build and refine automated workflows to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Campaign Monitoring & Optimization – Track key campaign metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions), report on performance, and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Cross-Department Coordination – Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with overall business objectives.
💡 What You’ll Bring
- Experience in CRM marketing, digital marketing, or content marketing.
- Strong writing and content adaptation skills with attention to brand tone and messaging.
- Basic understanding of automation, segmentation, and customer journeys.
- Hands-on experience with CRM or email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Braze, Klaviyo, or similar).
- Experience in translation/localization management or working with multilingual content.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Canva, Photoshop (or similar tools) to collaborate with designers and adapt templates.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and improve campaign performance.
- Fluent proficiency in English (written and verbal).
👍Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email marketing customisation.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles to ensure campaigns are optimized for the best customer experience, especially on mobile and web interfaces.
- Experience in the beauty/wellness/health industry.
- Proficiency in German, Dutch, French, Swedish, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese.
