We are looking for a Junior Localization Coordinator to plan and manage localization projects, ensuring high-quality localized content is delivered on time and within budget.This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in expanding our global reach and ensuring our content resonates with diverse audiences.

This is a temporary position, expected to run from June to November 2025.

How You Will Make An Impact

As a Junior Localization Coordinator, you will support the management of localization projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the planning and management of localization projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality localized content.
  • Helping to prioritize translation requests based on deadlines and business needs, and supporting the alignment of translation projects with overall timelines.
  • Liaising with our external translation vendor, providing them with project details and requirements under guidance.
  • Supporting clear communication between internal stakeholders and the translation vendor.
  • Organizing and maintaining translation requests, and assisting in providing stakeholders with status updates and expected timelines.
  • Monitoring translation progress, and assisting in identifying and addressing any delays or issues.
  • Providing status updates and reports to the developers, marketing, and legal teams, with support from senior team members.
  • Collaborating with the Localization Program Manager on localization projects.

Who You Are

  • A keen interest in developing a career in localization.
  • Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between different teams to support accurate translation requirements.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and translation management systems is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of development processes and marketing processes is helpful.
  • Proactive in flagging potential issues and seeking solutions to keep projects on track.
