Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Korean Interpreter. The Korean Interpreter will be responsible for providing accurate and professional interpretation services in various settings, including business meetings, conferences, and virtual sessions. The role involves translating spoken language from Korean to English and vice versa, ensuring clear and effective communication. Additionally, the interpreter will collaborate with clients and team members to understand context and requirements, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to ethical standards.
Qualifications
- We are looking for Native Korean speaker.
- Fluency in Korean and English with excellent interpretation skills
- Experience in consecutive and simultaneous interpreting
- Ability to accurately convey meaning and context between languages
- Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and practices
- Strong listening, communication, and cultural competency skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work in various time zones and environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Interpretation, Linguistics, or related field preferred
- Experience in the translation and localization industry is a MUST
