Braun Management provides evidence-backed consulting to help executive teams solve deep structural problems and resolve internal organizational friction. We move past superficial fixes to establish clear decision rights and restore functional accountability within complex business systems.
About the Role
To support our internal report QA cycle, we are looking for an LLM Evaluation Assistant based in Norway. This part-time contractor engagement is open specifically to residents of Norway to accommodate local service contracting requirements and localization testing. In this role, you will review drafts of internal reports, operations summaries, and localized guidelines generated with automated help. Reporting directly to our Documentation Lead, you will use our shared document workspace, evaluation rubrics, and tracked-changes workflows to identify inconsistencies, catch factual errors, and score model responses for accuracy.
What You Will Do
- Review automated summaries of internal operations reports to ensure they accurately reflect the source documentation.
- Evaluate model outputs against a structured rubric, scoring instruction-following, coherence, and adherence to our internal writing standards.
- Verify factual claims in drafted documentation against approved source files, checking dates, names, and technical terms.
- Test localized prompt-response variations to verify correct terminology for European business contexts.
- Document recurring model errors, such as hallucinations or misleading phrasing, in our internal evaluation database.
- Coordinate with our QA team to escalate highly ambiguous drafts or contradictory source materials.
- Maintain consistency across repeated review cycles to assist in building a reliable internal knowledge base.
What We Are Looking For
- A university degree or equivalent professional experience in business, linguistics, translation, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in proofreading, documentation review, corporate QA, or professional writing.
- Excellent written English, with an eye for distinguishing subtle differences in tone and meaning.
- Familiarity with structured spreadsheets, tracking systems, or document-marking tools.
- Comfortable managing clear administrative processes and working independently without constant supervision.
- A reliable computer setup, professional word-processing software, and a stable internet connection.
- Current residency in Norway, operating as an independent contractor or sole proprietor who manages their own tax registration and invoicing under Norwegian regulations.
How We Work
At Braun Management, we operate as a fully remote team that communicates almost entirely through serious, structured written documentation. We avoid unnecessary meetings, choosing instead to focus on clear updates and thorough written analysis. Our culture values quiet focus, precise language, and individual accountability. Team members are expected to manage their schedules independently while maintaining the consistency needed to support our active engagements.
What We Offer
- A fully remote, part-time contract role with an expected commitment of 15 to 20 hours per week.
- Flexible working hours that let you organize your day around your other personal or professional commitments.
- Predictive hourly compensation paid monthly in NOK or USD, with exact rates disclosed during the interview process.
- An initial contract duration of six months, with potential for renewal based on performance and project needs.
- Full onboarding on our evaluation rubrics, document workspaces, and internal reporting tools.
- A structured and transparent selection process consisting of a practical document review exercise and a call with our team, with no hidden fees or equipment purchase requests.
Our clients rely on us for accurate, evidence-backed findings to address organizational friction. While this is an entry-level support role, the precision of your work directly affects the reliability of the tools our consulting team uses. By catching factual errors and validating automated documentation drafts, you help maintain the high standard of analysis our clients expect. Your thorough reviews ensure that our internal documentation always reflects structural truth. #LI-DNI
