Localization Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience. You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand and work closely with clients to understand their needs. This individual will have excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the translation and localization industry.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and new clients.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and client needs.

• Present and promote DB Group’s translation services to prospective clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives.

• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

• Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, in the translation or localization industry.

• Strong understanding of translation and localization services.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Multilingual skills are a plus.

• Excellent Command of spoken and written English (minimum C1).
