Are you structured, detail-oriented, and great at keeping projects moving? Kaffekapslen is looking for a Localization & Content Coordinator to oversee and coordinate our localization process and support product content workflows across platforms and markets.

Your Role

As a Localization & Content Coordinator, you’ll play a dual role: coordinating localization efforts across markets and taking lead on product content creation and updates. You’ll work closely with our in-house copywriter, freelance translators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth content workflows using tools like Jira and Crowdin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and brief translation and localization tasks for consumer-facing content, working with internal teams and 18 freelance translators via Crowdin (TMS).
  • Maintain translation memories, glossaries, and termbases for consistency.
  • Proofread English content on an ad hoc basis to ensure clarity, tone, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Create and manage product content across platforms, including our ERP system.
  • Localize product information such as titles, slugs, and ingredient lists.
  • Track localization costs and manage freelancer invoicing.
  • Drive process improvements, including AI tools for translation and post-editing.

About You

We imagine you have:

  • At least 1+ year of experience in localization and/or content coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Bonus: Experience with PIM/ERP systems, TMS platforms (e.g., Crowdin), and AI-supported localization tools.
