We are currently looking for a Localization Coordinator to join our team. The working hours of this role is in CET.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Translation, Management Engineering)
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a translation agency, digital agency or digital operations environment
- Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills – clear, concise, and professional
- Ability to communicate to multiple teams in different time zones in effective manner
- Excellent follow-up and task tracking abilities – you never let things slip through the cracks
- Comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
- Familiarity with localization workflows, translation coordination, or multilingual project execution is a big advantage
- Knowledge in agile methodologies is highly preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients and 3rd party translation agencies, serving as a bridge across multiple workstreams
- Manage end-to-end localization workflows, coordinate and follow up on day-to-day project tasks, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and task trackers, proactively identifying delays or blockers
- Keep track of deliveries with cost details, check and control the supplier cost of every job before approving
- Ensure adherence to linguistic quality processes, assist in QA reviews where needed
- Ensure compliance with localization KPIs, ask RCA and CAPA reports of the day-to-day issues, escalate when needed
- Create progress and performance reports
