We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Localization Manager to join us. In this role, you will lead the localization process across multiple titles, ensuring that our Avatar world game resonates with players worldwide, not just linguistically, but also culturally.
You’ll manage all localization efforts, from planning and execution to quality assurance, while working closely with product, marketing, and development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end localization of game content, UI, and marketing assets across multiple languages and regions
- Collaborate with translation vendors, to manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain localization guidelines, style guides, and glossaries
- Work closely with developers to integrate localized content
- Ensure localization delivery meets quality, cultural relevance, and deadlines
- Manage localization tools and workflows
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in localization management (preferably in gaming or tech)
- Native-level English or equivalent fluency; additional languages – an advantage
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with localization platforms
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Passion for games and understanding of global gaming communities
