Position: Project Coordinator (Seasonal Contractor)
Location: Remote
- Expected Start Date: July 14, 2026
- Rate to Offer: $6-$8 USD hourly, based on experience
- Duration: July through October (depending on business needs)
- Standard hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST
- Weekend support may be required toward the end of the campaign (August) and during peak periods
BIG Language is seeking a talented, highly organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage translation projects from start to finish, facilitate vital vendor relationships, and ensure seamless delivery. Under the guidance of our leadership team, you will prioritize project pipelines and drive them toward successful, timely completion.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Project Management: Assist in coordinating fast-paced translation projects, including resource allocation, cross-team collaboration, and strict adherence to project schedules and timelines.
- Vendor & Team Relations: Foster and facilitate strong, positive relationships with external vendors and internal members of the localization team.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct meticulous QA checks on returned translation materials, ensuring full compliance with strict documentation standards and guidelines.
- Problem Solving: Maintain agility and composure when managing project updates, shifting priorities, or unexpected delays.

- Tech-Savvy: Working knowledge of various Computer-Aided Translation (CAT) tools, or a strong desire and aptitude to learn them quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Two (2) years of dedicated experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Software Proficiency: Strong basic experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Localization Tools: Prior hands-on experience with MemoQ or similar translation management systems is highly desirable.
