Job Title: Localization Project Manager
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 12 Months contract with possible Extension
Pay Rate: $44-$49.00/hour DOE
Summary:
This position involves managing the localization of App Store marketing content for an American multinational corporation and technology company, with a focus on project management across global teams. It requires cultural sensitivity, attention to detail, and experience with handling linguistic content in up to 40 languages. The role includes coordinating with editorial, business, and vendor teams, ensuring localized content meets brand standards and market relevance.
Responsibilities:
Manage localization of App Store marketing content with limited supervision.
Work with editorial staff, business team, project managers, and vendors to ensure localized content is on-brand and culturally relevant.
Input localized copy into multiple internal and vendor systems.
Resolve customs/shipping issues with international counterparts and track/allocate hardware units and parts.
3 Must-Have Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of localization project management experience.
Strong project management skills with global team collaboration.
Highly detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking and customer service abilities.
Qualifications:
Native-level fluency in a second language preferred.
Excellent communication (written and verbal).
Proficient in MS Excel and able to update/maintain vendor-part spreadsheets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide Agile support.
