We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our growth across Spanish-speaking markets. Based in our Sydney office, this role will work closely with our Head Office and Marketing team to help execute localized campaigns, monitor marketing performance, support influencer activities, and contribute to the growth of our LATAM presence.
About the role:
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives across Latin America, with a focus on Spanish-speaking markets. You will assist with a broad range of marketing activities, including campaign localization, market and competitor research, content creation and translation, influencer monitoring, and KPI tracking. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that marketing materials and initiatives are locally relevant, well-executed, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the localization and adaptation of marketing campaigns for Spanish-speaking LATAM markets.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and local insights.
- Support content creation for marketing materials, campaigns, emails, landing pages, and other communication pieces.
- Translate and review content from English into Spanish, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and cultural relevance.
- Monitor influencer activities and assist in tracking performance, deliverables, and campaign outcomes.
- Track and report key marketing KPIs, helping maintain internal performance dashboards and reports.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to support campaign execution, coordination, and follow-up.
- Assist in maintaining consistency of brand messaging across Spanish-speaking markets.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support for LATAM marketing initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Professional fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong writing, translation, and proofreading skills in both Spanish and English.
- Good understanding of cultural nuances across Spanish-speaking LATAM markets.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with influencers, digital marketing, reporting, or KPI tracking is advantageous.
- Must have current legal authorization to work in Australia.
