For our client, we are seeking a Sr Manager Global Marketing – Content Localization to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a hospitality and recreation environment.
Location: Los Angeles, CA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $274,000 – $459,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the company’s global marketing localization strategy
- Partner with regional leaders to implement effective localization initiatives
- Lead the rollout of innovative workflows in dubbing and subtitling
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans for Marketing Producers
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Marketing Producers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflows
- Drive continuous improvement of localization practices globally
Qualifications
- 8+ years in content localization, dubbing, or subtitling for premium TV/film services
- 3+ years managing global, cross-regional teams of marketing producers
- Expertise in dubbing and subtitling workflows and localization tools
- Strong operational management and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Analytical ability to optimize processes and drive excellence
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
