Role Responsibilities

- Assist in the development of training materials in the Persian language.
- Provide linguistic support for marketing and promotional content.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure linguistic consistency.
- Utilize technology to streamline translation processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and language developments.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and strategies.
- Offer feedback and suggestions for improving workflow processes.
- Support the onboarding of new team members in language-related tasks.
- Conduct client consultations to ascertain project scope and requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.
- Fluency in Persian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience as a language expert, translator, or interpreter.
- Strong understanding of Persian culture and its nuances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in translation software and tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with various document formats and types.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for language.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in client-facing roles is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Knowledge of, or experience with, localization processes.
- Track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
- Certifications in translation or language services are a plus.
